Why cruel lobbies as a starting point

 Perhaps the reason I begin with lobbies that are cruel to their own or other places or, alternately, hijack sensitive areas like healthcare being placed above the law is that we are currently seeing such and while law and order may in places be ineffective and that must be worked on next and simultaneously, there is a hierarchy of problems and this cannot be neglected and there are more fears and pressures in facing such a lobby head on, not to hurt or revolt against underlying pillars but to call out errors and discrepancies that no longer serve interests or are not checked enough to be able to preserve functions of interests being checked; it becomes more important resultantly, there are codified forms of accountability and the means to; what is above the law can be a discouraging distortion for the rest. The same cruelty can backfire on foundational pillars of the very places allowing such and such cruelty will not show regard for values in attempts to contain it which makes it harder and then civilians like myself have to sacrifice our futures to stand for it for the sake of all beings and Gods goodness or secular goodness which I can define practically, whereas it being managed along the way with checks and balances internally and feedback considered would make it easier for everyone.  Some matters deserve privacy due to undisclosed state matters but that cannot afford corruption or weaknesses infiltrating such without checks and balances. Cruelty and deflection, or looking the other way for cruelty Criminality, or pointing fingers to less cruelty while creating worse or without solving such in healthy ways  must be avoided at the levels of leadership as an example and a precedent of character, especially where their interests are better served by transforming into the status quo, not perpetuating resistance, disillusionment, and the rise of internal and externals predators. I can improve software and motivation one day to catch every serial killer but what are law enforcement bodies to do what is above the law, that demotivates them too, and brings more corruption into their own workings with exemptions that in themselves hurt law and order? I don’t think all state workings should be brought under the law in conventional ways but human cruelty should not be looked past-one exception is in a war where independent audits show attempts at negotiation were ignored by the other side and even then, a) there must be a system to verify such and be heard b) no sides official armies can then transgress on any level in cruelty or excesses of a loss of dignity c) no side later should have shown stubbornness in not finding a solution d) it should be ended with realizations and a learning curve and example. Such incidents should get less over time with innovation, knowledge, history, literature, awareness etc and a conscious trickle down effect ought to be implemented across law and order to stabilize and make coherent such, with aid and other foreign bodies calling out not governments after foreign planted terrorism but the places planting foreign terrorism and bridges to solutions, not fake propaganda that makes civilians collateral  and expires within a century. Empires cannot be this flimsy and survive long. It is unrealistic to assume those old ways should continue even as their errors have become clear. Humanity covertly and overtly alongside interests preserved must become a state value. Civilians are stakeholders, otherwise you get revolts and games that are harder to curb and you are distanced from reality and so on less stable foundations to solve such. I do think human nature can have the proclivity to at times get carried away in one emotion or another and balance and self discipline remain important in heated emotional responses, etc etc as state functions and also as a state functions example to its people. I have tried to show Distortions are less necessary than the current model suggests, and limited human reason cannot be sure of their effectiveness versus the injury to self interest over time, when relative truth is ay least an adequate substitute, and in many ways, much superior provided efficiency, vigilance and other factors remains. Politicians should be required not to model certain critical excesses in human nature especially in emotionally charged situations and not to choose distortions or games where better is possible. 

As for Kashmirs voice since 1947 following decades of oppression prior and the wish not to hurt India but for that pain and struggles acknowledgement as was their right so a precedent of security and trust can be built moving forward and accountability is shown to be considered an important factor to leadership without picking a thing up from the middle but instead by seeing its context in its truth and being understanding of civil rights and hurts and what they are to be given, not as a game but as clear acknowledgment, game free, and a learning curve and transformation, some may say it’s unhelpful as it creates problems-which it has, as has the originating point. When the response by governance anywhere becomes to deflect, distort or to distract, matters become complicated but that is exactly the kind of pressure to be resisted so mature, healthy dialogue is eventually ensured. To that I say, if the civil rights movement did not resist, if Europe did not resist Germany, if Ireland did not resist the British or if the British did not resist others trying to take their interests, Palestinians did not resist cruelty by Israeli governance (1947 and even today, Sep 22 2023 and the subsequent torture of Gazans), if today you do not resist other places and their strategies that are founded in some break, distortions take over and a precedent is damaged. Resistance on a fair point till it is heard is civilizations natural way of preserving noble values and justice that can help all the rest of civilization have coherence and even leadership understand what it is that will help them best keep and even profit from their roles, and what doesn’t work without increased difficulty, fewer returns and more loose ends. 

I wish to remember love, truth, integrity etc and peace matter and this is to ensure and protect such and to try being able to scale it to all humans and other species in ways that can practically work. I’ve explained elsewhere the nourishing ability of healthy, balanced love on average, integrity and truth too and how they overlap with underlying experienced reality philosophically and practically and so on. 

If any find these, please save them as this is for the future as much as it is for the present. I would wish for future generations to know this was worth deliberating upon and trying for. Having tried for three years, I may move on to other dimensions of attempting what repair or healing can be but I wished to have tried this too and to have planted a little seed from my end as well! Regarding the wests concerns about modern Russia or competition, I’ve thought about the wests point of view regarding Russia a lot. I wish to understand where they’re coming from and I would be able to better if the west can remove its own error with the lobby etc and a worse Middle East holocaust since sep 22 2023 and the perpetuated 1947 error etc there and could show its trying to be better. Atm with the erroneous minority western lobby it gets very difficult to discern how much of modern Russian policies are a problem versus a response to the incoherence of that erroneous lobby that’s going against the west via Israel governance and backing it etc you know? This does not imply I assume innocence for Russia or any bloc on earth, but it makes it harder for an average, ‘politically secular’ civilian to know if it’s a response or their ‘etcs’.I wish to understand and try fairly.
